Terms
Membership terms.
Short, because the rules that matter are few and the rest is common sense.
Applying, or accepting an invitation, means agreeing to these.
Last updated 7 August 2026.
1. Membership
- Membership is by application and at our discretion. We do not have to explain a decision.
- It is open to Israeli citizens, verified against government photo ID.
- It is personal and non-transferable. Your invitation, your join links and your RSVP links are yours alone. Do not forward them.
- One account, under your real name, with details that are true when you give them and updated when they change.
- Membership is free. It is paid for by partners, who receive no member data in return.
2. The house rules
These are the whole point of the club. Breaking one is the fastest way out of it.
- No attribution. Nothing said in the groups or in the room is attributed to the person who said it. You may use what you learn; you may not say who said it.
- No screenshots. Do not photograph, screenshot or forward group content.
- No selling to the members. If you would put it in a deck, do not put it in the groups. Suppliers are welcome in the club and there is a directory for them - but founders approach suppliers, never the other way round.
- No adding people yourself. Send them to apply.
- Nothing classified. Keep every conversation unclassified and free of commercially sensitive material. Sensitive matters go to private messages, not the group.
- Be worth having in the room. Disagreement is welcome; contempt is not.
3. Events
- Places are limited and held for people who confirm. If your plans change, tell us so the place can go to someone else.
- Entry is by name at the door. Bring photo ID.
- No plus-ones unless agreed in advance.
- Nothing in the room is attributed unless a speaker says otherwise. Sessions that are streamed or recorded are announced as such.
- We may photograph events for the club's own use. Tell us if you would rather not appear, and you will not.
4. Removal
We may remove anyone, at any time, without notice, for breaking the house rules,
misrepresenting who they are, or behaving in a way that makes the room worse. That
is a judgement call and we will make it in favour of the room.
5. What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee introductions, investment, customers or hires. The club creates the room; what happens in it is between the people in it.
- We do not vet the accuracy of what members say to each other. Verification confirms identity, not claims. Do your own diligence before doing business.
- The site and the concierge are provided as they are. We try to keep them running; we do not promise they always will be.
6. Partners
Partners fund the club's events and operations. In return they receive presence,
seats and introductions to members who opt in. They never receive the member
list, member contact details, or an export of anything. That is not available at
any tier or price.
7. Your data
Covered in full on the privacy page, including how to see
what we hold and how to have it deleted.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from membership,
attendance, or anything said or done by another member. Nothing here limits
liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel
Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We will tell members directly about any change that affects them, rather than
quietly editing this page.
