Join the team
The club exists. Two verified circles, a launch evening on 3 September, and partners who want in. What it does not have yet is a team - today it is run by one founder, at night, and that ceiling is already visible.
What you would be joining
The vision
Strengthen the founder community, and it builds stronger companies. Stronger companies mean a stronger economy, a stronger technology sector, and stronger national security.
Everything follows from that chain. The club is free to its members and paid for by partners, membership is verified rather than large, and nothing said inside the room leaves it.
We are raising the first year of funding now, from industry partners, funds and cloud providers. These roles are being scoped and interviewed for in parallel, and each one starts as its funding closes. We would rather tell you that up front than discover it together in week three.
If you need a signed contract before you will talk, this is too early for you and that is a completely reasonable position. If you want to shape the thing while it is still being shaped, keep reading.
Open roles
Israel based. Each can start part time and grow into full time as the organisation does.
Full time as funding allows · Israel · Reports to the board
You would run the organisation so the founder can stop running it. That means the unglamorous half of a non-profit: registering and governing it properly, holding the budget, closing the funding, hiring the two roles below, and standing in front of partners as the person accountable for delivery. The community strategy is set and the machinery is built. What is missing is an operator who can turn it into an institution.
Not a fit if you are looking for a title on a small thing, or if your instinct with a founder community is to monetise the members. The members are never the product.

The difference between two silent WhatsApp groups and a community people check daily is one person doing deliberate work every day. That is this job. You would own whether the rooms are alive.
Not a fit if you think community management is posting content. Almost none of this job is public.
Apply for this rolePart time to full time · Israel · Commission on closed partnerships
The club is free to members because partners pay for it. You would be the reason that sentence stays true - building the partner side into something predictable rather than a scramble before each event.
Not a fit if you would sell a partner something that costs the members their privacy. That deal is not available at any price.

Read the rest of this site first. Disagreement is welcome and noted.
Every application is read by a person. If a role is not right for you but someone in your network is, an introduction is genuinely valuable to us and we will say so.
