Delete your data.

You can have everything we hold about you erased, at any time, without giving a reason. Here is exactly how, and exactly what happens.

Two ways to ask

1. By WhatsApp. Message the club concierge with the word delete. It is recorded immediately and passed to a person. Send profile first if you would like to see what we hold before deciding.
2. By email. Write to club@isr-defense.tech from the address you applied with, saying you want your data deleted. Sending from that address is how we confirm the request is really yours.

What gets deleted

• Your application, in full: name, email, phone, LinkedIn, company details, and everything you wrote.
• Your ID or passport number, if we still hold one.
• Your RSVP history and any notes attached to it.
• Every message you exchanged with the concierge.
• Your membership itself - you are removed from the WhatsApp groups.

What is kept, and why

A single audit entry recording that an account existed and that a decision was taken on it. It holds no personal detail beyond an internal reference - it is how we can show the club admitted people through a consistent process. Anything the law requires us to retain is also kept, for as long as it requires and no longer.

How long it takes

We act within 30 days and confirm in writing when it is done. In practice it is usually the same week.

Worth knowing before you ask

• Deletion ends your membership. We cannot keep you in a verified room while holding nothing that verifies you.
• It cannot be undone. Rejoining means applying again from the start.
• If you only want to stop the messages, you do not need this - reply stop to the concierge and announcements end while your membership stays.
